At Eyelash Extensions Kit, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We encourage you to inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If you notice any damage, defects, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons, especially if they have been opened or used. These will be clearly indicated on the product page. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you have questions about specific products, feel free to reach out to us.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend processing a return first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about your refund status. If approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
